We are engineers, designers and entrepreneurs who take products from the first spark of an idea all the way to commercial success, and we've done it for our own ventures as much as for our clients.

Most inventors get bounced between an engineering firm, a designer, a patent attorney and a factory in Asia — losing time, money and control at every handoff.
We put all of it in one place: mechanical and electronics engineering, embedded software, industrial design, an in-house prototyping workshop, patent strategy and our own manufacturing in China and Vietnam. Each project moves in clear, priced phases you approve as you go — so you keep control and never pay for the next step until you're happy with the last.

The founding
GizmoMaker begins as Gizmo Engineering — a hands-on studio in Israel helping inventors turn ideas into real, manufacturable products.
Acquisition of Mecbit Ltd.
We acquire Mecbit, founder Nimo Rotem's 3D-printing startup, bringing additive manufacturing and rapid prototyping in-house and supercharging how fast we iterate.
Our own factory in China
We open a fully-owned production facility in Shenzhen, with a company owner living on-site — control over quality from prototype to pallet.
Ventures take flight
Internal projects grow into standalone companies — Nemo Power Tools, GRABO, D-Dart and more — proving the GizmoMaker pipeline end-to-end.
A global innovation house
400+ products developed, a 100+ patent family, operations across Israel, China and Vietnam, and an initiative for peace through innovation.
The Mecbit acquisition (2013)
In 2013 we acquired Mecbit Ltd., the 3D-printing startup founded by GizmoMaker's own Nimo Rotem. It brought additive manufacturing, rapid prototyping and a maker's mindset into the heart of the company — and it's why we can put a physical prototype in your hands so quickly today.
